This toner contains 77.8% of goami rice extracts that helps revitalize dull-looking skin and delivers intense moisture while also brightening the complexion. It also contains niacinamide to boost the skin's radiance. Other key ingredients include rice bran extract, amaranthus caudatus seed extract and portulaca oleracea extract, which provide nourishing and soothing effects.

This toner is suitable for all skin types especially those with dry, fatigued and aging skin.

Rice toner

This toner saves my dry skin! My skin is much more plumped and hydrated after using it and also helps with texture and make my skin brighter
