Orders & Shipping

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Your order will be shipped out within 2 business days
For main and central areas, delivery can take from 1 to 3 business days.
For outlying areas, delivery can take from 3 - 7 business days.

Can I change my delivery address?
Kindly contact us before we dispatch your order if you would like to change your delivery address. Once orders have been dispatched, we will not be able to change it.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is free for orders over R1200.
For orders below R1200, a flat rate of R100 is charged.

Alternatively, you can choose to deliver to your nearest Pudo locker for a fee of R60.
Please don't forget to specify your locker option in the notes section of checkout :)

What type of shipping options are available?
We currently only offer door to door courier or Pudo lockers.

Why do I have a Pudo waybill when I paid for door-to-door?
Depending on the time you made your purchase, we may use the locker service as we want you to receive your order asap! But don't worry! :) It will be delivered to your door if you have chose the door-to-door option.

Do you ship outside of South Africa?
Yes we do! Please contact us for a shipping estimate for orders to be delivered outside of South Africa before you make a purchase.
International orders are fulfilled by DHL.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I exchange my product?
Unfortunately we do not accept exchanges.

What if my item(s) arrived damaged?
We are terribly sorry to hear that your goods arrived damaged. We inspect each product before it gets shipped out however they may get damaged during courier transit. Kindly let us know immediately if your products are damaged upon arrival so we can assist you.

Can I return my product(s)?
If you have changed your mind, you can return your item(s) within 10 days of purchase. Please read our returns policy and kindly contact us should you wish to log a return.
