Returns Policy

Thank you for your purchase and we hope that you are happy with your order and love your products. However, if you have changed your mind, you may return your item(s) for a refund.

Please Note : Some products may contain active ingredients that may not be suitable for all skin types especially for sensitive skin. Please do consider this factor before purchasing as everyone's skin may react differently. We will not be able to accept returns on products due to individual's skin irritation or sensitivity.

Returns

We accept returns within 10 days of purchase with the below conditions:

• Product(s) cannot be used or opened and must be in its original packaging
• Original shipping fee paid upon purchase will not be refunded
• Customers will be liable for the return shipping fee. This fee will be deducted from your refund due to you
• A 5% admin fee will be charged and deducted from the amount due to you
• Products on sale are not eligible for a refund
• Refunds will be processed once we have received and inspected the product(s)

Damaged Product

If your product(s) is damaged upon delivery, please reach out to us as soon as possible so we can assist you. Please also include 2-3 images of the damaged product.
